Award-Winning UX: Real Agency and Plenish Recognised at the UK eCommerce Awards
Another award night, another recognition, another win!
At the 2025 UK eCommerce Awards, we picked up UK User Experience of the Year for our UX work and the successful launch of the new Plenish website. We were also finalists in the DIY, Home, Furniture & Interior Design eCommerce Website of the Year category for our work with Aqualisa Showers.
It’s been a great few weeks for Real Agency. Just a few weeks ago we also won Best New Website Launch at the eCommerce Awards 2025, again for our partnership with Plenish. That project delivered a fast, intuitive Shopify store that puts customers first and helps the brand grow.
The Plenish website continues to deliver impressive results with stronger engagement, better conversions, and rapid subscription growth.
For Aqualisa, we replatformed their store from Magento to Adobe Commerce, giving them a faster, more stable, and easier-to-manage site. Within the first month of launch, revenue nearly doubled, with faster load times and a huge uplift in search performance.
