How it Works


Our onboarding process gives everyone the chance to get to know each other better. The more we know the better the outcomes and relationship will be. The growth audit and workshops form part of onboarding and set the foundation for our relationship.

This process usually takes 2-3 weeks and will be conducted by your dedicated Account Manager.

Our pricing is simple and transparent. The hours you buy are used across all our services and can be bought in bulk or spread out monthly.

The more hours you buy, the cheaper it gets and you can use more hours at the start to cover the additional work before you set into a rhythm.

We'll work together to estimate how many hours you need for your growth objectives as well as ongoing maintenance and support, to ensure you have enough to do what you need.

Aside from ad-hoc emails and calls, you'll meet with your dedicated Account Manager weekly to discuss progress and amend your work planner as things change.

This is held using Google Meet and usually lasts an hour. Often, our Client Services Director, Marcus, will join these calls.

Every quarter, we'll conduct a quarterly strategic review where we look at the work completed, the results, and set a plan for future work.

We'll often conduct tailored audits and workshops to assist with the planning.

This is held either online using Google Meet or in-person at your offices and all stakeholders will be present, including your dedicated Account Manager and Client Services Director.
