With growth on the horizon, the Britvic drinks brand Plenish needed a platform that could keep up with their ambitious growth plans. Their current eCommerce platform, WooCommerce, was holding them back so they partnered with Real Agency to deliver a new store on the Shopify platform.

Plenish Drinks needed a more flexible and scalable eCommerce platform to support its growth. With a tight deadline, the challenge was to migrate their WooCommerce site to Shopify while keeping everything running smoothly.
Real Agency handled the full migration, from subscriptions to customer data, and built a modern website that improves the user experience and gives them a platform to grow from.
The impact was immediate with strong sales and conversion rates within just the first month after launch. We achieved a 22% increase in sales revenue YoY.
Complex Shopify Migration
This migration was about safeguarding huge volumes of data. Tens of thousands of orders, thousands of active customers, and over 100 SKUs had to be transferred without errors. Matrixify played a key role in making this process safe and efficient, ensuring Plenish’s operational history remained intact on Shopify.
Moving thousands of active product subscriptions from WooCommerce to Shopify was a critical challenge. Disrupting recurring customers was not an option. Using Skio, we ensured a smooth transition, preserving subscription settings and billing cycles.
