FAQs
Shopify Fresh is ideally suited to growing or startup brands with an annual turnover of under £2m. If you have custom requirements, large product catalogues, or a high volume of sales you'll require a more tailored project. We'll be able to confirm whether you're suitable and work together on the right solution for you.
We have carefully selected good quality and future-proof themes which we've used before and can recommend. Our chosen themes should cover 90% of scenarios. If there is no suitable theme for your brand, we may be able to look at other themes however this may impact delivery time and cost.
To get going, we'll run through an onboarding process to learn as much as possible about you and your brand. We'll need you to choose one of the available themes and for input and feedback throughout the process. Don't worry though, you'll be guided all the way through by your dedicated Project Manager.
Once we have confirmed everything, you'll receive an agreement to sign. Once signed, we'll begin onboarding and we'll require a deposit payment before we begin work. Once work is under-way you'll be in constant communication with your Project Manager and they will lead you through the process.
You will be responsible for adding content including products, collections, terms, privacy etc. We will usually add a product for you to use as a template and we'll be able to assist with any questions you have. You will need to allocate time yourself to populate your store.
Yes, this is possible depending your current store platform and structure of your data. We will confirm this with you before we start and confirm the costs for the migration service.
If you have an existing store, a drop in rankings is expected immediately after launch, however once settled, in most cases your ranking improves as you're on a modern, optimised platform with clean and optimised content.
If you have an existing store, we have an optional SEO migration service we can include for you which we will confirm before we start.
The work doesn't just stop at launch! You will now have a solid framework to grow from and our eCommerce team are there to work with you long-term to support you and help you grow. You will have some after-care included in your package, however, shortly after launch we'll introduce you to our growth team who will continue to work with you.
