Transforming Wellness: Plenish Drinks Shopify Migration

Plenish Drinks isn’t just another plant-based brand. They’re on a mission to empower people to take control of their wellness. With delicious plant-based products, tailored services, and inspiring content, they’re all about making healthy living easier and more accessible. So, when they came to us to revamp their eCommerce store, we knew we were in for an exciting challenge.

The Challenge

Let’s talk about the hurdles. Plenish’s WooCommerce website was bursting at the seams, unable to keep up with their growing ambitions and increasing customer numbers. They needed something scalable, stylish, and customer-friendly. Oh, and all this within a 17-week timeline. No pressure, right?

Here are the big things we had to tackle:

  • Subscription Migration: Moving thousands of subscriptions over to Shopify without upsetting loyal customers.
  • Data Transfer: We’re talking tens of thousands of orders, thousands of active customers, and over 100 SKUs – all needing a safe, smooth transfer.
  • Customisation: Making the new site work for their unique needs while keeping things true to their brand.
  • Tight Deadlines: No shortcuts allowed – we had to deliver quality, fast.

Our Game Plan

Here’s how we made it happen:

1. Building a Wellness Destination

We didn’t just want to create a functional site. Not only would it be boring, but it wouldn't reflect on what Plenish stand for. The client wanted an online space where people felt inspired to embrace wellness. Using Plenish’s strong brand identity, we designed a modern and welcoming Shopify store that speaks directly to their audience.

2. Flawless Data Migration

No one likes messy transitions. Using tools like Matrixify, we made sure everything – from subscription orders to customised bundles – was moved over to Shopify seamlessly and without issues. This included advanced features like “Build Your Own Box” and subscription management through Skio.

3. Integration Superstars

Plenish relies on integrations with Klaviyo for marketing and Mintsoft for fulfilment and stock management as well as tools like Skio for subscriptions and Flare for delivery date selection. We brought it all together, adding alternative payment options, so customers could check out however they like.

4. Customer-Centric Features

This wasn’t just about looks. We added an improved account dashboard, advanced search tools, and guided product recommendations to make shopping smooth and enjoyable.

The Results

After weeks of hard work, we handed over a Shopify site that Plenish – and their customers – could be proud of. Here’s what we delivered:
