You can cancel your plan at any time by letting your Account Manager know via email. Any unused hours will remain on your account for 12 months, after which they will expire.
You'll work closely with a dedicated Account Manager who will be your main point of contact. They will get to know you and your business very well, planning and coordinating all the work we have on for you. You'll usually have weekly video calls to review ongoing work and propose new recommendations.
