About the Project
FEUK had no internal web development team, and maintaining Magento was diverting resources from revenue-generating opportunities. They needed a platform that allowed them to move faster with eCommerce trends without involving a development team constantly.
During our scoping, we discovered a 91% drop-off on the basket page, while returning visitors converted 59% more than first-time visitors. This guided our approach to the project.
